- Government department feesFees charged directly by a government department cannot be refunded.
- Completed servicesPayments will not be refunded once the service has been completed.

- Duplicate paymentIf a duplicate payment happens due to a technical error, the refund process will be initiated once eligibility is verified.
Requesting a refund

Share your payment receipt and relevant details with us to raise a refund request.
STEP 2
Eligible refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days, back to the original payment method.
