If an online payment is made for any service on LagJaaGuru.in, the following rules shall apply. Refunds for fees charged by government departments are not possible. In the event of a duplicate payment due to technical reasons, the refund process will be initiated upon verification of eligibility. Payments will not be refunded once the service has been completed. To request a refund, the payment receipt and relevant details must be provided. Eligible refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
